Once you’ve decided on your treatment, we collect your medical history and work with our experts to create a customized treatment plan. Upon your approval, we detail everything you’ll need: appointments, accommodation, transfers, guidance, and scheduling. A personal patient coordinator is assigned to you and supports you both in the Netherlands and during your time in Turkey. Your doctor will explain everything clearly before and after treatment. And once you’re back home, we continue to follow up on your recovery.

Your safety and comfort are our top priorities. Upon landing, you’ll be greeted by a private driver from our partner clinic holding a sign with your name. You’ll be transferred to your hotel, which is arranged for comfort and central location.

The cost of your treatment package depends on your chosen treatment and several personal factors. From the moment you contact us, we provide you with a preliminary cost estimate for your planned treatment. Once you send us your medical details — such as photos, X-rays, medical reports, or test results — we will be able to prepare a personalized offer tailored to your needs. Since each patient is unique, we aim to offer you the most suitable solution with complete transparency.

The payment process consists of two steps: You first make a small deposit to confirm your reservation. This allows us to officially arrange your treatment and accommodation. Upon arrival in Turkey, and before your treatment begins, you will be asked to pay the remaining balance of your treatment package. Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or in cash. Your patient coordinator will provide you with all necessary payment details.

In most cases, standard health insurance does not cover medical treatment abroad. However, depending on your insurance policy, some companies may agree to partially reimburse the costs under specific conditions. We recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to clarify your personal coverage and discuss your options.
